If you are under 18 a parent or guardian needs to sign you up.

1.5 Your health

When you start your membership with Stunt Gym you are confirming with us that you are in good physical health and are not aware of any reason why you should not be participating in parkour or freerunning.

Parkour is an intense physical activity. It's important to remember that none of our staff are medically trained. We are trained in first aid response, but we can't tell you what injuries or illnesses are safe to train with. If you're questioning it at all we recommend you see an expert before joining in any classes.

2. BEING A PART OF STUNT GYM

2.1 Paying your membership fees

Membership invoices will be sent to you on a Monday.

Please set up a regular payment from your account to Stuntgym Pty Ltd using the participants name as a reference.

If after 7 days the outstanding amount has not been paid you will be charged a late payment fee of $10. If you fall more than 14 days behind on payment you won't be able to participate in training until you're up to date.

Term payments are due before the term starts and you won't be able to participate until you've paid.

If you've been charged or invoiced and you think there might be a mistake with it you can get in touch with us via email or give us a call and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.

2.4 Can you change your membership?

You can change between 'Basic' and 'Ultimate' memberships by giving Stunt Gym 2 weeks written notice. If you are moving from 'Basic' to 'Ultimate' we will get in touch to let you know what classes are available, and if you're moving from 'Ultimate' to 'Basic' you'll need to let us know which scheduled class you want to keep training in.

If you've already paid for a term but want to change to a 'Basic' or 'Ultimate' membership you'll need to let us know in writing. We'll then organise for the remainder of your term payment to be credited to your account for ongoing memberships.

2.6 What if you get sick or go on holiday?

We understand that life happens and you can't always train every week. If you're sick or injured and unable to attend a class we will try to organise a make-up session for you. Make-up sessions cannot be accuulated, they must be used within the month they are missed and are subject to class sizes and availability,  we can't guarantee them on every occasion.

If you will be out for more than a week with an illness, injury or if you're travelling you can put your membership on hold. The minimum period is 2 weeks and you can freeze your membership for up to 3 weeks per calendar year. If you want to freeze your membership you will need to let us know in writing at least one week in advance.

Our top priority is safety. That comes above everything else. Stunt Gym has a detailed code of conduct we expect all students and staff to uphold at all times (see item 5 below).

If at any point we believe you aren't acting safely, that your behaviour is putting yourself or others at risk, or that you are not following Stunt Gym's code of conduct, we will ask you to step out of your session and discuss how to behave correctly in the gym. If this type of behaviour continues we will ask you to stop participating altogether until such a time as we trust you to behave more in line with our code of conduct.
