Parkour is a dynamic activity which incorporates running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, landing and rolling techniques to negotiate obstacles in urban landscapes and natural environments.

Parkour training is the ultimate activity for physical and mental development.
It challenges the mind and builds strength and power. With safety as the highest priority, we provide a training ground in a structured and controlled environment. Our senior instructors are all professional stunt performers who have a unique understanding of physical and mental abilities and limitations. Beginner sessions introduce fundamental skills while improving coordination and strength. Advanced sessions progress the basic techniques to more complex moves developing precision, agility and power. We have classes for all ages and skill levels including sessions for kids, teens, adults and school groups.

Parkour classes Northern Beaches – Sydney

Level 1 Fundamentals Classes
The purpose of doing the level 1 classes is to learn the basics and to be assessed for placement into an appropriate class within our programme.

Bookings are essential for all classes.

The first step is to fill out the general waiver on the waiver page if the participant has not filled one out before. Click here to go to the waiver page.

Then send an email with the date and time of the class you would like to book into along with the participant’s name. You will be sent an invoice to pay via electronic funds transfer. Click here to go to the contact page to send an email.

Level 1:  Fundamentals
Introduction to the fundamentals of Parkour. For your first parkour class or if your haven’t quite learnt all the basic parkour skills confidently.

Level 2:  Intermediate
For those who have learnt the fundamentals of parkour, are fit, agile and and have advanced their physical skills beyond the fundamentals level.

Level 3:  Advanced
For those who have completed level 2. Participants in this level must be competent at all things parkour.

Freerunning

Freerunning:  learn skills such as front, back and side flips – and other dynamic skills which complement parkour (NB. you must already be competent in parkour to do free-running classes). 

Level 1:
Must have level 3 parkour skills and are ready to begin learning basic acrobatic skills such as tricks and flips.

Level 2:
Must have level 4 parkour skills, good spacial awareness and be strong, agile and confident. Must be proficient at tricks and flips and are ready to try more advanced skills.

Level 3:
This level is an invitation only class for those who have advanced parkour and freerunning skills.

Please note: the age range in the timetable is only a guide. Please call Kerry to assess which class is the most suitable for your child.

Parkour 6-9yrs:  Participants need to be able to focus on task and follow instructions.

Parkour 8-9yrs:  Participants need to be agile, able to learn new skills easily and to have the ability to focus and follow instructions.

Private Session (1 Hour):  $250 minimum cost for up to 10 participants.  $25 per person for additional participants up to a maximum of 30.

Waiting List Only:  Classes marked as “Waiting List Only” means that the class is currently full but you can make a booking to go onto the waiting list in case a spot becomes available.

1.5 hours on floor with structured parkour activities by professional stunt performers
